Starting 2022 With a Bang

Comparing how the 2021 and 2022 real estate markets started out.

Today I want to compare how the real estate market started in 2022 and 2021. As I've said in the past, price is a direct function of supply and demand. Our supply continues to be low and our demand continues to be high. As a result, prices are up.

 In January 2022, the median sale price was 16% higher than it was in January 2021. This year has started off very aggressive and I don't expect it to change over the next five to six months.
