As a life-long resident of Indianapolis, Evan brings immense market knowledge to his clients while also focusing on their individual needs. He was born and raised on the south side of Indianapolis and now lives on the near west side by Eagle Creek. Evan graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and spent nine years in the corporate world, managing a distribution center as well as a fitness center. Evan has been in Real Estate for over 3 years and has always had a passion and interest for Real Estate. When he was younger, he always enjoyed watching HGTV with family and worked for a custom home builder throughout

high school and college, and is an aspiring real estate investor.
